Quad City Behavioral Health Associates (QCBHA) is a group counseling practice of mental health experts who, together, treat a variety of mental and behavioral health conditions using evidenced-based methods. That means you can be sure that your treatment here is backed by the most up-to-date science. Above all, you'll be treated as a multi-faceted person rather than an appointment or a diagnosis. 

Psychometric Testing

Scheduling and New Client Appointments

For new clients, the Initial Intake Assessment can be scheduled by selecting the "Request Appointment" button below or by calling our front desk at (309) 558-0258. Once your appointment has been confirmed, you'll have access to our Patient Portal, which allows you to view and sign all of your intake forms online, reschedule/cancel appointments, pay your balances, and receive secure messages from your provider.

Quad Cities Counseling Location in Rock Island, IL

QCBHA is located in Rock Island, just off of John Deere Road and Blackhawk Road/46th Avenue in Rock Valley Plaza across from the Heritage Church. Our convenient location is easily reached from I-74 and I-280. 

Please note that our office is staffed by appointment only. We do not offer walk-in appointments.
